Research On Optimal Planning And Operation Method Of Sharing Electric Vehicle Charging Facilities

Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,with the development of the sharing economy,the sharing electric vehicle(SEV)had also developed rapidly.SEV had great advantages in environmental protection and energy shortage alleviation.However,there were still many problems and obstacles in the development of sharing mode,such as the rationality and adequacy of resource allocation of supporting facilities such as charging station,and the efficiency and efficiency of charging facilities operation and management.In this regard,from the perspective of improving the planning and operation efficiency of SEV operators,this paper studied the optimization planning of shared electric vehicle charging facilities and the operation of charging facilities.The core work and innovative contributions were summarized as follows.1)Based on the probability analysis of travel data,the charging demand model of SEV was established.Firstly,according to the land property of the planning area,the user’s travel destination and the location of SEVs were classified.Secondly,the user’s O-D route probability set was constructed according to the user’s travel chain of SEVs.Then the normal probability distribution function was used to fit the state of charge of SEVs at the end of the trip.Finally,according to the number of electric vehicles at the location of SEVs and the state of charge of the battery,the distribution of charging demand of different shared EV placement points was obtained.The research content of this part was the basis for the next optimization planning of SEV charging facilities.2)A two-stage charging facilities planning model combining charging stations and discrete charging piles considering the SEV user’s charging satisfaction was proposed.In the first stage,the planning model of charging station was established with the objective of minimizing the construction and operation cost of charging station and the queuing cost of SEV users.In the second stage,the user satisfaction was introduced to establish a discrete charging pile planning model,and the mean shift algorithm was used to solve the problem.Then the solution was fed back to the first stage to optimize the charging station capacity,and the overall planning result was obtained.The model realized the balance between the cost of SEV operators and the user’s charging satisfaction,and the change of each sub cost with or without discrete charging pile was analyzed,which provided a basis for the planning and construction of charging facilities.3)An optimal operation model of SEV charging facilities based on smart contract was proposed.Firstly,an operating strategy model for SEV operators to participate in real-time transactions in the electricity market was established,and the real-time transaction strategy was given.Then,the smart contract was designed for each consumer to participate in real-time transaction,and the smart contract was published on the remix platform based on blockchain technology.Running on the remix platform,the feasibility of the transaction mechanism based on smart contract was verified.The example analysis of the model showed that the real-time transaction mechanism based on smart contract can effectively improve the profit of SEV operators,and realize the decentralized transparent and open transaction among the consumers.
