| There are many problems in the periodic rotation of smart meter,such as heavy workload,poor planning and repeated maintenance.How to evaluate the state of smart meter to make a reasonable rotation strategy is the focus of power companies.In this paper,a new state evaluation method of smart meter is proposed,and the rotation strategy of smart meter is studied.First of all,six index data,such as area factor,reliability,total event,abnormal measurement event,power overload and clock battery undervoltage,are used to get the status score of each smart meter by the method of variation coefficient assignment.Then,these six index data are used as input data,and are classified by K-means clustering algorithm to get five categories.The new one is obtained by combining the two algorithms.The state evaluation method of smart meter is developed,and the final evaluation result is output.The experimental results show that the method is scientific.At the same time,on the basis of the evaluation results,from the point of view of fault table classification and manufacturer batch,this paper puts forward the method of batch smart meter rotation strategy based on community clustering and the method of smart meter rotation strategy based on state evaluation model,and puts forward the method of smart meter rotation quantity prediction based on time series analysis to predict the number of smart meters that need to be rotated.These methods provide a new idea for the rotation strategy of smart meters. |
