Enameled wire is a kind of basic industrial material widely used in all kinds of electromechanical and electronic products,its quality affects the electrical safety of applied products,so the quality control of enameled wire products is particularly important.At present,there are many problems in enameled wire manufacturing industry,such as poor product quality,backward enterprise management,and lack of product data analysis,which are far from the development trend of manufacturing industry transformation and upgrading.It is the product electrical parameters that affect the quality of enameled wire.The establishment of a monitoring system for the product electrical parameters in the manufacturing process of enameled wire and the control and analysis of product quality data can effectively improve the production efficiency,improve product quality and reduce production cost.This topic originated from the actual development project of a enameled wire manufacturing enterprise.In view of the actual needs of the enterprise in the development of product quality data monitoring system in the manufacturing process,the design requirements and technical framework were analyzed.The development of this system was realized based on Android and PC terminals.This system proposes the design and development of the monitoring system for electrical safety parameters of products in the manufacturing process of enameled wire.The main contents are as follows:1)On the basis of sufficient investigation of enterprise demand,the management and process flow of enameled wire production and manufacturing are clarified,the technical scheme and infrastructure of the system are designed,and the specific implementation method of data monitoring and collection of enameled wire product is selected.2)Considering the security,stability and convenience of the system,the system selects SQL Server2008 as the database,adopts MVVM three-tier architecture mode,separates the business logic and the page presentation,and proposes the serial architecture of Android terminal and C/S.3)In order to improve the product quality of enameled wire,the process capability analysis method of six sigma management is integrated into the system,and the user can carry out the control chart analysis on the product quality data through the Android mobile terminal.This paper presents the design and development of electrical safety parameter monitoring system for enameled wire manufacturing process.The system realizes the development of four functional modules: user management,product data monitoring and collection,product data quality analysis,and data management and query.Users can use the system functions through Android mobile terminal to realize real-time monitoring of enameled wire product data and ensure the quality and safety of enameled wire products.
