| Wireless Power Transmission is an energy supply technology that can achieve long-distance power transmission without physical medium as a carrier.It has been widely used in civil and military fields,Microwave Power Transmission with long range and large transmission power has become a research hotspot in the power supply field in recent years,and its application prospects are also inestimable.This article focuses on the energy reception and rectification technology of microwave wireless energy transmission in the 5.8GHz band.The specific work content and innovations are as follows:1)An asymmetric eccentric dipole unit structure is proposed,and a microwave energy receiving surface with a center frequency of 5.8 GHz is designed based on this.HFSS was used to complete the modeling and simulation.Pure resistance and equivalent diode impedance were added as energy collectors.The RF-AC efficiency under this structure was observed.Experimental data showed that the frequency bandwidths greater than 80%and 90%were obtained Expansion.The results show that this asymmetric eccentric dipole unit structure can indeed widen the frequency band of high-efficiency rectification while maintaining high-efficiency rectification.The problem that the rectifying antenna is too sensitive to frequency changes is solved.2)A microstrip line impedance compression network is proposed,and a large dynamic and efficient microwave energy rectifier circuit is designed based on this.First,a microstrip line impedance compression network was separately constructed using ADS.Experimental data shows that when the target resistance changes in the interval[50,500](10:1),the input impedance of the entire network changes in the interval[44.5,49.5](1.11:1),which shows that it has a good impedance compression effect.Subsequently,a rectifier circuit composed of a matching circuit,a microstrip line impedance compression network,a rectifier diode,and a harmonic suppression network was designed.Through ADS modeling and simulation,the S11 parameter reached nearly-40dB near 5.8GHz,and the S21 was between 5.8 and 11.6 GHz,it has basically reached below-20dB,and the RF-DC efficiency has reached a maximum of about 74%,and greater than 50%input power range is 5.3~22dBm.By comparing with the rectifier circuit without the compression network,it is found that whether The input power range of efficiency or high efficiency has been greatly improved,indicating that the network structure can reduce the sensitivity to the nonlinear impedance change of the diode,effectively widen the input range of high efficiency,and achieve the purpose of large dynamic and efficient microwave rectification. |
