| In recent years,with the diversified development of Internet,intelligent operation of industry and commercialization of 5G,the process of informatization and intelligentization of the Internet of Vehicles has continued to advance,bringing great convenience to users and society through location-based services.But it also brings the security issue of over-exposure of privacy.The privacy data of users is the core data supporting location-based services.Once leaked,it will have a great impact on the privacy of users and the safety of public transportation.Since the third-party data collection servers are untrustworthy,vehicle users prefer to complete privacy protection at vehicle terminal,and at the same time ensure that he can be served with good quality.In view of the above problems,this paper proposes a privacy protection system for IoV based on LBS,which aims to provide better privacy protection and service experience for users.This paper conducts in-depth investigation and analysis of the current popular privacy protection algorithms,focuses on localized differential privacy technology and game theory,and designs and implements the core algorithms of the privacy protection system.Based on the untrusted environment of data collection,it proposes a location data publication method that satisfies the local differential privacy protection algorithm based on optimal k-Location set with dynamic game model.Aiming at statistical requirements of intelligent transportation,it proposes a regional traffic density statistical algorithm based on k-location set localized differential privacy protection mechanism.The above algorithms are simulated and verified based on the Shanghai mobile vehicle data set.This paper studies the key technologies required for the development of the system.Based on the system application scenarios,overall requirements and core algorithms,the overall architecture is designed.Based on the Android development technology,the vehicle terminal subsystem is implemented.Functional modules such as:basic function module,information management module,privacy protection module,and network communication module.Based on LAMP(Linux+Apache+MySQL+PHP/Python)building framework,MVC design architecture,ThinkPHP development framework and other web development technologies,the intelligent transportation subsystem is implemented.Functional modules such as:basic function modules,information management modules,privacy protection modules,transportation service modules,and network communication modules.The server database and the vehicle-mounted local database are also designed.The test proves that the system achieves privacy protection requirements,user function requirements,and performance requirements.On the premise of ensuring that the accuracy loss of location services is less than the service requirements limit,it provides vehicle users with privacy protection that meets localized differential privacy,and at the same time provides traffic managers queryable traffic density statistical results. |
