With the rapid development of the national economy and the automobile industry, the number of urban vehicles has risen sharply, which has caused a series of social problems such as traffic jams, environmental pollution, frequent traffic accidents, and energy crisis. In the era of Internet big data, shared traffic modes such as online car and electric car time-sharing rentals and public bicycles have emerged. The new shared open access mode not only enables people to travel more conveniently,at a lower cost, and enjoys better services. At the same time,it is also in line with the green and smart traffic.Sharing traffic is and continues to deepen people’s perception of traffic laws.It is different from ill-developed private car traffic and it is different from traditional public transport and taxi models.Compared to buses, private cars, and traditional taxis,Sharing Car essentially has the multiple attributes of Internet+private car+taxi public transport.Based on this background, this dissertation studies the vehicle allocation optimization of car sharing service system.Based on the overview, analysis, and analysis of the classic related theories of car sharing service system and queuing theory, the main work of the thesis is as follows:Firstly,it summarizes the domestic and international status quo of the development of car sharing and queuing theory in recent years and analyze and point out problems in the development of car sharing service model.Proposed core issues to be addressed in the article that the share car low utilization. The reason for this problem is mainly the difference in the demand of vehicles between the morning and evening peaks and the idle period. Therefore,an optimization research method for rationally configuring the number of shared vehicles in different time periods is proposed.Secondly, the paper uses the basic knowledge of queuing theory and the development status and characteristics of the car sharing service travel mode to establish a car sharing service system queuing model with the maximum total profit of the system as the goal.On the basis of existing research, the article introduced the car sharing service model in detail, including the structural characteristics, development status and trends of car sharing, service flow, comparative study with traditional car rental, impact on social development and future development challenges and other issues.Thirdly, using the M/M/c/m/∞ model of the multi-service desk in the queuing theory to analogically build the model of the car sharing queuing system.Taking a car sharing service site under the ownership of Hangzhou Chefenxiang an example,we make assumptions about the distribution of customer arrival time and the distribution of customers’ service hours, and use the χ2-test to verify that they follow Poisson distribution and negative index distribution, respectively. Finally, through the Matlab software, the customer’s peak hour and non-peak hour in the car sharing service system are simulated separately. The optimal vehicle number c*when the total profit of the system is maximized is compared with the actual number of vehicles in the pre-optimization system. This proves the reliability of the optimized model in this paper.
