| At present,our country is in the historical period of rapid development of urbanization,the demand of urban construction land is huge,and the scope of urban space is expanding rapidly.Traditional land-use monitoring methods have been unable to adapt to the changing situation of land-use change.At the same time,the traditional income accounting method for GDP statistics has always been questioned by Western countries.With the continuous development and application of remote sensing science,how to use multi-source image data for accurate urban expansion and economic research is becoming more and more important.Because DMSP/OLS can only be used to analyze the time series of urban expansion before 2013.1n this paper,NPP-VIIRS night light image with higher spatial resolution and stronger radiation detection stability is used for the first time to study the urban expansion time series.The urban expansion of Shandong Province in the past five years is analyzed with Landsat data.GDP hierarchical multi-mode spatial modeling is carried out by using NPP-VIIRS data,and the light luminance gross value of the built-up area is modeled by the spatial modeling of the second and third industry gross product.The dynamic threshold dichotomy method was used to extract the built-up area of each city by nighttime lighting image NPP-VIIRS.The extraction result can directly reflect the scope of the built-up area of each city.Using Landsat data to normalize building index and normalized vegetation index to correct the results of built-up areas,the relative errors are controlled within 10%.Although the results are mostly smaller than the statistical data,they are more in line with the actual urban built-up areas and can better reflect the real spatial form of each city.Through the analysis of the extraction results of the built-up area,most of the cities in Shandong Province from 2012 to 2017 are in the rapid expansion mode,and the overall direction of the expansion is northward,and the extent of the expansion among the cities is quite different.Urban development imbalance is prominent,urban expansion and population growth,economic growth are in a state of imbalance.In particular,the growth rate of the population is far from keeping pace with the rate of urban expansion.The urban spatial form develops from irregular and not complex to complex.From 2012 to 2017,Shandong Province gradually formed a dual-core expansion model from Qingdao City and Jinan City to Qingdao City,Jinan City and Yantai City,three core models to drive peripheral development.At the same time,in order to find the correlation between the luminance index and GDP,this paper uses the NPP-VIIRS data with higher radiation stability to model the gdp space.Through hierarchical multi-modal spatial modeling,the longitudinal comparison of various models can be made in order to find the optimal model.Through the optimal model prediction,the county-level error is controlled within 15%,and the city-level error is controlled within 10%.On the other hand,the lighting brightness of urban built-up area in the same modeling way is as good as 92%of the gross product of the secondary and tertiary industry,and the prediction accuracy is better than 8%.The comparison shows that the luminance value of the urban built-up area can better reflect the gross urban product.The results show that cities with similar levels of development also have more similar spatial development patterns.Hierarchical multi-mode spatial modeling provides a new idea and method for the economic modeling of a wider range of districts and counties. |
