With the increasingly severe shortage of parking spaces in China,on the one hand,government departments need to make efforts to increase the number of parking spaces;on the other hand,researchers need to use Internet of things technology to increase the utilization rate of parking spaces and actively seek solutions to parking difficulties."Internet plus"has been developing for several years under the promotion of policies,and"Smart City" and "Smart Parking" have gradually penetrated into our daily life.At present,there are relatively mature off-road parking solutions,which use various IoT technologies to achieve automatic or semi-automatic parking management.However,due to its open and large-range parking environment,the difficulty of management is greatly increased.Compared with the traditional IoT technologies,NB-IoT technology has the advantages of low cost,low power consumption,large capacity and wide coverage,and is more suitable for carrying the roadside parking management technology.However,there are few researches on NB-IoT technology and intelligent roadside parking management system,and most of them stay in the theoretical stage,without a complete design and implementation of the system,and without proposing and solving problems in practical application.In view of the above problems,this paper designs a smart roadside parking management system based on NB-IoT vehicle inspector to optimize the experience of vehicle owners’ parking process as far as possible and reduce the operating costs of operating enterprises,while meeting the requirements of government departments.The specific work of this paper is as follows:1)Designed the architecture and modules of the smart roadside parking management system,including web management platform module,server module and toll collector mobile application interface module.Web management platform provides operating enterprises with parking management functions and order financial information viewing functions;The server is responsible for the communication with web management platform,toll collector mobile application and NB-IoT vehicle inspector.The toll collector mobile application interface allows the toll collector to access the system to manage vehicles in and out of the parking lot.2)Implemented the server-side module based on the Java development framework Spring Boot,provided a secure login method for the web management platform,designed and developed RESTful API,registered and subscribed NB-IoT device messages.3)Realized the web management platform based on the front-end development framework vue.js,provided the management personnel of operating enterprises with the interface to interact with the system,used page routing to limit the user’s identity and authority,and improved the security of the system.4)In order to meet the requirements of toll collectors on the accuracy and timeliness of vehicle admission and departure messages,the system uses the delayed message queue of RabbitMQ server to filter the messages of NB-IoT vehicle inspector and eliminate false positives to improve the accuracy of notification to toll collectors;WebSocket technology is used to implement the interface of the toll collector’s mobile application,which improves the immediacy of sending notifications and reduces the concurrent pressure of the server.5)Test the functionality and concurrency of the system to verify that the system can meet the requirements of the actual production environment.
