| The Rrubber Concrete(RC)made by mixing waste rubber particles into concrete can not only effectively utilize waste tires and reduce environmental pollution,but also improve the toughness,crack resistance and plastic properties of concrete.But because the strength of rubber will decrease when it is mixed into the concrete,which is not good for the large-scale application of rubber concrete,it is explored to mix fiber into rubber concrete to make fiber rubber concrete,the reinforcing effect of fiber on rubber concrete is brought into play to improve the mechanical strength of rubber concrete.Therefore,in the actual process of fiber into the rubber concrete has a better application prospects.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:The rubber particles with a particle size of 20 mesh and an amount of 5%are mixed into C30 concrete to make a standard ratio of rubber concrete,on which a certain volume ratio of steel fiber,polypropylene fiber and Basalt fiber is used to obtain three types of fiber-rubber concrete,namely:steel fiber rubber concrete(SFRC)with a volume ratio of 0.5%,1.0%,1.5%,2.0%,2.5%,and 3.0%,and a volume ratio of 0.05%,0.1%%,0.15%,0.2%,0.25%,0.3%polypropylene fiber rubber concrete(PFRC),volume ratio of 0.06%,0.12%,0.18%,0.24%,0.3%,0.36%basalt fiber rubber concrete(BFRC);a total of 18 groups of fiber rubber concrete with different fibers and their volume ratios were made into cube test blocks of 100mm×100mm×100mm for cube compression test and split tensile test.At the same time,a 100mm×100mm×400mm test block was prepared for the flexural test to study the influence of fibers on the mechanical properties of rubber concrete,and finally the best fiber-rubber concrete mix ratio was obtained.By testing the cube compressive strength,crack tensile strength and flexural strength of three kinds of fiber reinforced rubber concrete,the failure process and failure form of three kinds of fiber reinforced rubber concrete samples under different fiber content were compared,compressive strength,tensile strength and flexural strength,the test results show that the damage form of rubber concrete can be improved obviously by adding fiber into it,and its integrity can be maintained well,the mechanical properties of rubber concrete increase at first and then decrease.At last,by means of SEM and EDS,it is found that the fiber mixed with rubber concrete can work together with the concrete matrix and is closely connected with it.There is no obvious crack in the concrete sample,at the same time,the cement hydration product on the fiber surface makes the fiber and the cement matrix wrapped tightly and has good adhesion,which is good for improving the mechanical properties of the RC.The mechanical properties of PFRC are better when considering the macro-and micro-level of three kinds of fiber-rubber concrete. |
