The dual fast switching power supply is mainly used in high-speed railway communication station system,which applied to solve the major economic loss caused by the switching speed less than 15ms when the system fails.It can ensure that the power supply can quickly switch to another standby power supply within 15ms,which can guarantee the safe and stable operation of the system.According to the current high-speed railway communication station dual power switching time is less than 15ms.In this paper,the dual AC fast switching power supply is designed for the signal power supply system of high-speed railway communication station.Firstly,IGBT parallel solid-state switch is used as the switch of dual AC fast switching power supply,which can realize fast switching within 15ms and meet the requirements of fast switching in case of fault.Meanwhile,the IGBT buffer circuit is modeled and simulated,and the parameters of RCD buffer circuit are compared and selected.Secondly,the hardware and software circuit of dual AC fast switching power supply is designed,including power supply design of software and hardware system,voltage acquisition,over-current detection,over temperature detection,voltage zero crossing detection and phase loss detection.The state of the power supply can be observed in real time through the signal acquisition,and the state of the circuit can be detected in real time by the detection circuit.At the same time,when the main circuit fails,the real-time monitoring and display of voltage and current signal on the touch screen and PC terminal is realized by DSP programming and force control configuration software,and the fault signal is recorded and saved,which can be queried at any time.Finally,the simulation software Simplorer is applied to simulate the dual AC fast switching power supply.The comparison between the simulation results and the test waveforms of the main circuit shows that the design of the dual AC fast switching power supply satisfies the system requirements.
