The automatic control system of a gas turbine is essential for its safe,efficient and reliable operation.It is the "brain and neural network" of the entire unit.To a certain extent,the performance of the gas turbine control system is dependent on the performance of the corresponding power unit.Economic performance and safety performance play a decisive role.Compared with the mechanical parts of the body,the control system is of electronics characteristics,and is the most profitable part in a gas turbine.In China’s tens of billions of gas turbine baling tenders,the control system and hot end components are the systems and components that are not explicitly transferred by foreign gas turbine manufacturers.Therefore,in order to accelerate the development of gas turbine innovation,in the realization of gas turbine equipment manufacturing,design,testing,breakthrough key materials,it is urgent to introduce,digest,absorb and develop intelligent gas turbine automation with China’s independent intellectual property rights.This thesis studies the automatic control system for PG6531 gas turbine generator set in Shenzhen Nanhai Power Station Engineering Co.,Ltd,and implement it on EDPF-NT+platform.The main contents of the thesis includes:1)The software and hardware functions of the EDPF-NT+control system are analyzed,the engineering design and configuration for PG6351 are studied.2)The control principle of the gas turbine is analyzed.Researched and designed the corresponding control system in the form of logical configuration on the EDPF-NT+platform.3)Experiments of the EDPF-NT+control system are introduced.The results proved that the control system is reasonable and correct.The gas turbine reaches the rated speed and achieves normal and stable operation.It was also verified that the EDPF-NT+control system successfully transformed the PG6531 gas turbine generator set of Shenzhen Nantian Power Station Engineering Co.,Ltd.,realized the autonomy of the gas turbine control system,and realized the localization of the gas turbine generator control system.
