Heat pump is one of the most outstanding candidates for energy saving and emission reduction and energy efficiency.The energy efficiency ratio COP of the heat pump is often the most direct indicator to measure whether it has the value of energy saving and replacement.The current energy efficiency analysis method for the heat pump system is mainly the method of parameter debugging and analysis of the field unit.Although this method is directly reliable,However,there are problems such as heavy workload and troublesome debugging,and some working conditions are even difficult to reach for adjustment analysis.Therefore,the process simulation modeling of the heat pump system under study,so that the technology of energy efficiency analysis becomes more important.In this paper,the components of the heat pump experimental device involved are analyzed in detail,and two different heat pump models are built.The first is to use Matlab software to build a mathematical model of the heat pump,including the evaporator model,refrigerant compressor model,condenser model,throttling device model,flasher model,water vapor compressor model;the second is based on Aspen Plus The simulation model of the heat pump process is set up,and the parameters such as compressor,evaporator and condenser are set in detail in this model.In the aspect of the heat pump experimental device,the energy efficiency monitoring system of the heat pump is designed,and the parameters of each measuring point of the heat pump system can be viewed in real time or in history.Finally,some experimental data were extracted from the monitoring system to verify the two models.It is verified that both models have certain help for heat pump energy efficiency analysis,but the heat pump process simulation model built by Aspen Plus is better.Using the heat pump model built by Aspen Plus,the simulation of different heat source inlet temperature and refrigerant compressor compression ratio is carried out in this paper.The model results are in agreement with the experimental results.Therefore,the accuracy of the heat pump model in energy efficiency analysis can be verified.This model carries out a large number of simulations,and carries out multi-faceted energy efficiency research on the heat pump system,which has certain reference significance in the related heat pump energy efficiency engineering.
