Human development is accompanied by massive use of energy.Among the many renewable energy sources,solar energy is paid more and more attentions and developed because of its wide source and huge reserves.Although solar energy is clean and pollution-free,the existing solar thermal power generation technology is trapped by the constraints of high solar volatility and low energy conversion efficiency,resulting in problems such as discontinuous power generation.All have weakened the competitiveness of solar energy in the energy utilization.Therefore,based on extensive reading of a large number of documents,this paper summarizes the current status of solar energy research,builds the modelmodels and analyzes the performance of integrated solar combined cycle system.To solve the volatility of solar energy,heat storage is integrated into the specific location,the performance of ISCC is optimized,and compared with systems that store heat in other locations.The details are as follows:This paper focuses on the ISCC system with the good development prospects at present,and comprehensively summarizes its development status and future prospects.On this basis,a new system with a heat storage device integrated into the top cycle is proposed.Under a certain limited condition,by changing the solar multiple and the heat storage duration,the performances of ISCC systems with and without integration with the heat storage under the same conditions are analyzed and compared.The results show that under the reasonable configuration of the heat storage system,the system’s heat can be buffered,the power output volatility can be reduced,the cost of power generation can be reduced,the solar resource utilization rate and the photoelectric conversion efficiency can be improved.,which shows the superiority of integrating the heat storage system in ISCC system.In addition,a comparative analysis of the ISCC system with heat storage integrated into the top cycle and the ISCC system with heat storage integrated into the bottom cycle is carried out,and both the advantages and disadvantages are analyzed in depth.The results show that when the heat storage is integrated into the top cycle,the fuel consumption of the system can be further reduced;when the heat storage is integrated into the bottom cycle,the output power of the system can be increased.The analysis results will provide the valuable guide for the subsequent engineering application.
