| TK Energy Co.,Ltd.is a manufacturing enterprise focusing on production,R&D and sales of solar modules and solar systems.After nearly ten years of development,the company has a stable scale and market.At present there are many internal and external factors,such as,the new epidemic situation spreading around the world has not been completely effectively controlled,the global economic recession,the continuous posi-tive trade,economic and political conflicts between China and the United States,the increasing downward pressure on China’s economy and the social and economic trans-formation and upgrading,etc.,which make Chinese enterprises face unprecedented challenges.Under the background of the above macro environment,TK Energy Co.,Ltd.is facing the situation of limited production capacity,slow technology upgrading and slow overseas market expansion,which seriously restricts the company’s develop-ment.Therefore,it is important for TK Energy Co.,Ltd.to ensure its survival,devel-opment and growth in the fierce competition environment and seek sustainable devel-opment of the company.This paper takes TK Energy Co.,Ltd.as the research object,according to the rele-vant theory of development strategy,through the use of PEST analysis,five force model analysis,IFE matrix and EFE matrix and other analysis tools,comprehensively analyzes the company’s current external and internal environment,identifies opportunities and threats,and identifies its own strengths and weaknesses.Then,through SWTO analysis and QSPM analysis matrix,the vertical integration development strategy in line with the company’s development strategy is finally determined:take transnational business development as the main line,rely on the domestic market,and focus on the develop-ment of overseas markets.Finally,the paper puts forward the concrete implementation measures and guarantee measures of vertical integrationAt present,in China’s photovoltaic enterprises,the "oligopoly effect" of the leading enterprises of the first-line large factories has been formed,and the scale and cost of technology in the market are in a leading position,which makes small and medium-sized photovoltaic enterprises similar to TK Energy Co.,Ltd.face greater market com-petition pressure.The conclusion of this paper can be used for reference for the research of small and medium-sized photovoltaic enterprises.The combination of photovoltaic project financing and module sales driven by project financing can provide new devel-opment ideas for photovoltaic enterprises. |
