| Big data and artificial intelligence have penetrated into all walks of life and become important factors driving the development of production business.According to the state council’s 13th five-year plan,"we will accelerate the construction of a new generation of high-speed.mobile,secure and ubiquitous information infrastructure,and further integrate the Internet,big data and artificial intelligence with the real economy."Expressway industry is one of the key industries for the development,utilization and promotion of big data.Therefore,it has become the general trend to fully explore and make good use of big data of expressway industry to promote the overall development of the industry and facilitate the owners of expressway.This article is mainly based on Qilu Transportation’s vehicle owner service business.First,it introduces the current status of Qilu Transportation’s business and vehicle owner services.Through the analysis of questionnaires and existing customer feedback data,it is found that vehicle owner services have irregular service processes and information reminder services.Inaccuracy,low overall satisfaction of car owners,etc.,the need for process reengineering is determined through the demand analysis of car owner service process reengineering;then a process reengineering model based on big data is established,and the car owner service process of Qilu Transportation relies on big data technology to reengineer And optimization;Finally,using the big data-based process to design big data intelligent customer service platform and big data auxiliary decision-making systems to provide car owners with more accurate services,provide auxiliary decision-making for business departments,and provide car owners with better services.The study found that there are still irregular processes in the service of Qilu traffic car owners;information is not synchronized and specific;car owners’ intelligent reminder and guidance services are inaccurate and inaccurate.There are also two problems in the construction and utilization of big data:First,in terms of data construction,there are large amounts of data,messy data sources,low degree of open sharing,low data quality,poor circulation of resources,and difficulty in effective mining and utilization of value;In terms of data application,there are problems with few big data application areas,low application quality,and insufficient overall control and management.The research results of this paper show that,based on the results of process reengineering,deep mining of car owners’ basic information,driving data,consumption data,travel preferences,vehicle information and other data can effectively improve the quality of big data applications,extend the field of big data applications,and provide more for car owners.Accurate service for car owners improves car owners’ satisfaction.The innovations of this article mainly include two aspects:One is to combine big data and process reengineering management theory to construct a process reengineering model based on big data.Process reengineering has the data support of big data analysis as the basis to make the process reengineering process more reasonable and the results more accurate.The second is to solidify part of the results of process reengineering into a big data information system platform,which in turn supports process optimization of car owner services,and provides data model support for continuous process reengineering. |
