In recent years, the development of integrated energy systems is a global trend.Foreign companies have launched comprehensive energy cooperation and competition, accelerated the use of clean energy, and improved energy efficiency levels. As a result, domestic companies have also started to transform into integrated energy systems. At present, there are some problems with integrated energy systems at home and abroad:1.The current comprehensive energy research lacks systematicness, and the interaction and coordination ability between operators and users is insufficient.2.As new energy and electric vehicles join integrated energy systems, how to consider In the case of balanced supply and demand and multi-energy complementarity, achieve optimal economic benefits and win-win for both parties.3。Optimize benefits and environmental issues. In view of the above problems, this article has carried out in-depth research, and the main works are as follows.1.A basic framework is established for a regional comprehensive energy system. This work analyzes the units included in the system, including combined heat and power, new energy,upper-level power grids, energy storage and electric vehicles, users, etc.,and gives their operating models and economic models Constraints of each subsystem.2.This paper proposes a two-layer agent model. The model includes upper-layer operation agent and lower-layer user agent. It analyzes the relationship between the model framework and the upper and lower layer agents.According to the model,an energy management method based on Stackelberg master-slave game is proposed. The improved IEEE-14 test system is used for simulation to verify the correctness of the proposed model, and the role of V2G electric vehicles in participating in the comprehensive energy system is simulated and analyzed. The results show that the participation of electric vehicles in the integrated energy system has significant economic benefits.3.The NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm for multi-objective optimization of integrated energy systems is introduced. The optimization goals include economy and environmental protection. The optimization steps and parameters of the integrated energy system are given for simulation. The results show that the relationship between the increase and decrease of pollutant cost and operating cost is opposite. After analyzing the impact of the introduction of V2G electric vehicles on the economic and environmental protection of the system optimization, the results show that V2G electric vehicles can reduce operating costs, have a positive effect on the consumption of wind power and photovoltaics, and benefit the sustainable development of integrated energy systems. Finally, this article summarizes and puts forward the outlook and suggestions for the future development of integrated energy systems that take into account electric vehicles.
