To improve environmental problems and increase the proportion of clean energy in energy consumption in China,wind power has gradually become the main development form of renewable energy.As wind power enters the stage of large-scale development,its own characteristics such as randomness,seasonality and fluctuation can not be ignored.In recent years,the problem of wind power consumption has become the key to restrict the development of wind power.As a new energy storage method,hydrogen energy storage system has the advantages of environmental protection,high energy density,long service life,easy storage and transportation compared with traditional energy storage method.Therefore,the wind-hydrogen energy storage system is a new way to solve the problem of wind energy absorption.Considering that the key technology cost of wind-hydrogen energy storage system has not been reduced to a competitive level,the equipment cost is still high and the overall economic advantage is not significant,it is necessary to carry out the optimal capacity allocation planning of the system to seek higher economic benefits while meeting the utilization ratio of wind power.At present,the evaluation of wind-hydrogen energy storage system project is mainly focused on economic evaluation.Under the background of continuous improvement of social requirements for comprehensive benefits of the project,it is more and more urgent to evaluate comprehensive benefits of the project,including environmental and social aspects.At the same time,in order to improve the comprehensive benefit of the wind-hydrogen energy storage system project,it is necessary to analyze the influencing factors in an all-round way so as to find the upgrading path.The research on optimal investment capacity allocation,comprehensive benefit and influencing factors of wind-hydrogen energy storage system has certain theoretical value and practical significance.Firstly,this paper combines the concept of wind-hydrogen energy storage system and the development status of the project,summarizes the relevant methods and theories of investment capacity allocation,comprehensive benefit influencing factors and comprehensive benefit evaluation research,builds an investment capacity allocation model with the purpose of improving the utilization ratio of wind power and the goal of maximum profit,and carries out simulation case analysis to determine the optimal capacity allocation.An evaluation index system and an evaluation model for comprehensive benefit of wind-hydrogen energy storage system are established from four aspects:economy,technology,society and environment,and the validity of the model is verified by calculation and analysis of an example.Based on system dynamics,an analysis model for influencing factors of comprehensive benefit is established,which divides the design planning,investment construction and production and operation subsystems,and studies the mechanism of influencing factors.Based on this,this study put forward comprehensive benefit promotion strategy from planning,construction and operation.This paper closely combines the realistic background that the wind-hydrogen energy storage system project in China is in the exploratory application stage,constructs the target function and restriction conditions for the investment capacity allocation of wind-hydrogen energy storage system from the aspects of economic benefits,environmental benefits,etc.,evaluates the comprehensive benefits of wind-hydrogen energy storage system from the aspects of economic benefits,technical benefits,social benefits and environmental benefits,and carries out comprehensive evaluation from various angles.The analysis of the influencing factors of benefit and the comprehensive benefit promotion strategy are put forward from many aspects.The research perspective is rich and innovative,which provides certain theoretical support and practical reference for the improvement of comprehensive benefit of wind-hydrogen energy storage system project and has a positive impact on the future development of wind-hydrogen energy storage industry.
