Abstract/Summary:
LiBr-H2O absorption system fade in people’s sight again because of its environmental protection with fuel and environment crisis is gradually deteriorating.This paper establishes a general steady-state and dynamic simulation model of the LiBr-H2O absorption system based on the operating principle of the absorption refrigeration system,and perform dynamic and static simulation of the LiBr-H2O absorption refrigeration system illustrated by the example of a 17.6kW LiBr-H2O absorption refrigeration system.The main contributions can be summarized as follows:(1)Establish the mathematical model of dynamic and steady-state simulation of each main equipment of the absorption refrigeration system by using lumped parameter method.The corresponding physical property library is compiled in the simulation platform based on the physical properties of lithium bromide,The heat and mass transfer methods of the unit are analyzed and the corresponding heat and mass transfer coefficients are determined according to the equipment type and working process.(2)Establish an absorption refrigeration steady-state simulation system.The effects of heat source water parameters,cooling water parameters and chilled water parameters on the performance of the refrigerator and the exit parameters of the main equipment were studied.Analyzes the effectiveness of improving the unit’s COP with little influence on the system cooling capacity by changing the flow of the solution pump when the boundary conditions change.Establish an absorption refrigeration dynamic simulation system.Analyse how the parameters of the parts change when the heat source water parameters,cooling water parameters and chilled water parameters are step change.(3)Analyze how the environment factors affect the efficiency of solar collectors,and find the optimum fluid temperature in collector which maximizes the efficiency of solar absorption refrigerating system when solar radiation intensities is different based on the static model.Coupled dynamic absorption refrigeration system with solar collectors,taking the summer solstice day in Guangzhou as an example,analyse performance parameters of the solar energy absorption refrigeration system variation with time.
