| Road simulation test is one of the effective methods to verify vehicle durability and fatigue performance.It plays an important role in speeding up vehicle research and development and improving the comprehensive competitiveness of vehicle enterprises.This paper takes a newly developed commercial vehicle cab as an example to study the indoor road simulation test method.First of all,the user of vehicles on the market research,using life cycle to determine the cab B10 life design index,also to build user use condition of road type distribution model,and to bridge four suspension point of the acceleration signal acquisition target,in complete user pavement and proving ground pavement load data collection and analysis.Then,based on the equivalent damage theory,the pseudo-damage calculation is carried out for the load data of the user’s road surface and the test field road,and the equivalent relationship between the two is obtained.Through RDS relative damage correlation model and taking the user’s pavement B10 life goal as the design goal,the load data of the user’s pavement and various kinds of pavement in the test field are correlated and matched to obtain the equivalent matching relationship between the user’s pavement model and 8 kinds of pavement with different characteristics in the test field.Finally,according to the equivalent relationship and matching results between user pavement and test field pavement,the road simulation acceleration test scheme of the platform was developed,and the simulation verification of cab road was completed on the 6-DOF vibration platform.By comparing the test results of the bench test with those of the real vehicle test field,the failure position and failure mileage of the two are basically consistent,and the efficiency of the bench test is 3.14 times higher than that of the traditional vehicle test field.The cab road simulation test method proposed in this paper can not only reflect the actual working conditions of real users,but also save development costs and shorten the cab development cycle,thus providing reference for enterprises to carry out relevant tests. |
