| As a new cable crosslinking technology after chemical crosslinking and Irradiation crosslinking,the ultraviolet light crosslinking develop rapidly.The Crosslinking cable performance produced by this technology could not only meet the provisions of the state standards,but alsohave a better performance parameter and cost lower.Now the mercury lamp light source equipped with ultraviolet light crossinglinking equipments exposed lots of disadvantages.As a new kind of light sources,Ultraviolet LED(UV LED)get a wide application range and market prospect due to the superbparameters and characteristics.This paper expansion research on the range of UV LED application.Firstly,according to the UV radiation cross-linking principle of the study of UV LED radiation characteristics and combined with the production requiremen-ts of cross-linked cable to determine the UV LED radiation cross-linking system of the overall program.Secondly,according to the irradiation requirement of the cable,study the radiation pattern of UV LED irradiation cross-linking system to decide the collimater lens irradiation system and the elliptical reflector irradiation syst-em.After the research and analysis,decide the parameters of UV irradiation system and array structure of the two kinds of radiation and build the three-dimensional model under the study of two kinds of radiations.The optical irradiation software TracePro was used to analyze the irradiation scheme of two kinds of cables with different diameter,and the results were compared and analyzed.The range of the length of the irradiation system was also studied.The rationality of illumination distribution was also improved.Thirdly,according to the analysis of the relevant factors of UV LED junction temperature,the author studies and optimizes the copper plating structure of PCB.The cooling pattern of the cross-linked system and the cooling structure were decided.The cooling system is modeled by COMSOL,and the temperature and pressure drop of the UV LED chip are calculated by using COMSOL to simulate the fluid-solid coupling heat transfer and fluid pressure of the cooling system.Simulation results and select the optimal value of inlet velocity.In the end,the prototype of UV LED irradiation cross-linking equipment was assembled and tested for the optical irradiation system,cooling system,production test and the cross-linking degree of the sample,including temperature variation of junction temperature of UV LED chip at different inlet velocities,the uniformity of irradiation system,the production test of cross-linked and cross-linked cables,thermal extension test of cross-linked samples.The experimental results show that the experimental data of the optical irradiation system and the cooling system are in accordance with the simulation results,which verifies the accuracy of the theoretical research and simulation.The cross-linking degree of the sample reaches the requirements of use,verifies the practicability of the cross-linking system.The factors influencing the cross-linking performance were analyzed,and the improvement of cross-linking equipment in the production process are to improve the imperfections of the program and to improve the reliability of cross-linked cable production. |
