Planetary roller lead screw is a new type of precision transmission mechanism with high response,high load,high precision and long life.It is widely used in aerospace,weapon equipment and CNC machine tools.However,it is still in theoretical research and engineering implementation to regard it as the core transmission component of aircraft electric steering gear.This paper is based on the requirements of structure size,load,lead and use environment proposed to design the small planetary roller screw pair for aircraft steering gear.After the motion mechanism analysis and theoretical check calculation,the CAE software is used to carry out kinematics and dynamics simulation analysis to verify the correctness of the design.Finally,the principle prototype and test device are trial manufactured to verify the test.Finally,the principle prototype and test device are trial manufactured to verify the correctness of the design.This paper mainly aims at the application status of planetary roller screw pair in aircraft steering gear.On the basis of the technical requirements of the subject,According to the transmission principle of planetary roller screw pair,the structural matching design and parameter optimization of main parts are completed.Then,the 3D modeling of planetary roller screw pair is completed by using Solid Works software,Based on the existing literature,the rapid virtual assembly process of planetary roller screw pair is analyzed and summarized,so that the model can be correctly assembled;The working performance of the planetary roller lead screw pair is theoretically checked through the calculation of rated dynamic and static load and axial static stiffness and efficiency;After that,ADAMS software is used to do kinematics simulation analysis,and the displacement,velocity and acceleration curves of lead screw,roller and nut are obtained,and the results are consistent with the theoretical analysis;The first six modal shapes and natural frequencies are obtained by ANSYS Workbench modal analysis,which provides data support for the anti vibration design of electric actuator.Finally,the load and transmission efficiency test device of planetary roller lead screw pair is designed through trial production of prototype,With the help of the test method,the rated bearing capacity and transmission efficiency of the planetary roller lead screw pair are tested,The correctness of the design is verified by comparing the test results with the theoretical transmission efficiency design value.The final research results of this paper provide a certain reference value for the parameter optimization selection,product development and application in abnormal conditions of planetary roller screw pair.
