| The optical bench is a multifunctional optical instrument that can be used to measure various optical characteristic parameters of optical parts and optical systems,and to evaluate the image quality of optical systems.Nowadays,optical components or optical systems are widely used in the fields of scientific research,production,and daily life.Traditional optical benches rely on manual observation,recording,processing,and analysis of the optical characteristic parameters to be measured.There are low efficiency,unstable measurement results,and high requirements for measurement personnel Disadvantages.Therefore,a digital transformation scheme based on the traditional optical bench is proposed,which adds a photoelectric imaging sensor(CMOS)behind the traditional optical bench measurement microscope to transform the focus adjustment of the eyepiece micrometer into a motor-driven focus.Image measurement technology replaces visual focusing and defining focus,and accurately measures optical characteristic parameters.This solution has the advantages of high efficiency and high precision,and has strong practical value.At present,the main parameter categories for optical components or optical systems include focal length,back intercept,exit pupil diameter,exit pupil distance,magnification,resolution,distortion,etc.For a long time,a lot of research has been conducted on these parameter measurement principles at home and abroad,and different types of measurement methods have been obtained.Existing measurement methods and principles are studied,and measurement methods that satisfy various parameters in the digital optical bench system are selected in this topic.Secondly,an automatic focusing algorithm suitable for digital optical benches is proposed.The algorithm uses the Brenner sharpness evaluation function,the coarse focusing stage uses an improved adaptive variable step size hill climbing algorithm,and the fine focusing stage uses the minimum The curve fitting algorithm of the double method,this algorithm can efficiently find the focal plane position.The image processing methods designed in the main optical parameters,and studies image filtering,edge detection and recognition are analyzed in this topic.The measurement accuracy of the focal length in the system reaches 0.3%,the accuracy of the back focal length is better than ±0.2mm,and the accuracy of the exit pupil diameter and exit pupil distance are better than±0.1mm.Finally,based on the Windows platform,a set of digital optical bench system with easy operation,data visualization,high efficiency and high precision was written using C ++. |
