Hydraulic elevator dam is a new type of dam which has been developed in recent years.So far,there are many successful cases in Qinghai Province,Jilin Province,Liaoning Province,Shandong province and Shaanxi Province.But because of its products by the national patent protection,at home and abroad scholars for all aspects of research is still in its infancy,technical and theoretical research is not very mature.So In this paper,the technical characteristics of the wing-shaped hydraulic elevator dam are studied and the results are used to guide the practical engineering problems.The main contents of this paper are as follows:The static analysis of the existing hydraulic elevator dam is carried out by ANSYS finite element software.The results show that the gate can work safely.And gives the weak parts of the force,the static optimization,structural improvement of the study,so that the gate force more reasonable,to achieve the purpose of saving steel.The theoretical analysis of the type gate shows that the axial force of the hydraulic support rod is closely related to the dip angle of the dam,the position of the hydraulic support point and the inclination of the hydraulic support rod.The higher the support point,the smaller the hydraulic rod shaft force,it is recommended in the hydraulic rod travel range as much as possible to improve the support point position.Given the optimum inclination angle of the hydraulic activity elevator dam and the recommended inclination angle of the hydraulic support rod,it is recommended that the dip angle of the dam face 45 ° to 60 ° when the hydraulic support rod is arranged vertically.Using ANSYS Finite Element Software to Analyze the Dynamic Performance of Hydraulic elevator Dam.It is found that the vibration frequency of the gate is closely related to the factors such as the depth of the gate and the inclination of the dam.The fluid has a great influence on the vibration of the gate.The vibration of the gate is mainly torsional vibration.It is found that the frequency of the optimized gate vibration is located in the main energy region of the water flow,and the frequency is optimized.Only a small amount of steel is added but the frequency is significantly increased,which effectively reduces the probability of resonance of the gate and achieves good effect. |
