| High power motor,which is the core of the industry,is one of the biggest energy consumption system.And high power motor drives wind turbine and water pump,its power consumption is also accounted more than half of the total.The efficiency of electrical products in China is generally lower than the foreign products.Therefore,generally improve the efficiency of electrical products in China is significance for saving.In order to improve the control and energy saving effect of motor system,motor speed control technology becomes more and more crucial.Early,just simple devices,such as by adopting baffle and valve of air volume and flow rate to adjust,because the method of energy waste is serious,so,a lot of motor speed regulation technology to come.Hydraulic coupling technology,high voltage frequency conversion technology,permanent magnet technology is applied most.As a new energy-saving technology,permanent magnet technology,with a unique air gap transmission technology,quickly got wide attention.Permanent magnetic speed control to overcome some defects of hydraulic coupler and high voltage inverter.With its unique advantages,the permanent magnet has been applied in all walks of life,In this paper,the practical application of permanent magnet governor an control strategy were studied.In the second chapter,a detailed analysis of the common principle and characteristics of three methods of speed regulation,and from the aspects of theory and practice,has carried on the contrast advantage,to the three kinds of speed governor.Finally finds that,Permanent magnet has high efficiency,energy-saving,high reliability,etc.In the third chapter,this article adopts permanent magnet governor to actual engineering,and analyze the energy-saving benefit.Finally finds that,after transforming the permanent magnetic speed regulating system of energy-saving effect is remarkable.If the meter and the vibration factors,its energy-saving benefit is greater than the above data.In the fourth chapter,this paper introduces the definition of fractional calculus and concentration method of fractional order PID controller is designed,and five on the fractional order PID parameters for control performance impact.In the fifth chapter,in view of the permanent magnet operating mechanism for fractional order PID control in the speed governor,this paper uses the method of amplitude phase margin for fractional order PID controller design,and compare its performance,and set up in the SIMULINK model of DC motor,the startup and load is analyzed. |
