Contact Line Maintenance Operation Safety Latching System Based On Earth Wire Information

During interruption maintenance and technological reform contact line,frequency of using ground wire has become higher.When a line is being overhaul,there are many maintenance operations team.Gathering earth wire information in the traditional work ticket system and artificial notice of earth wire monitoring method will cause collecting information of low efficiency and monitors are difficult to quickly judge field operation situation because of complex earth wire information.In order to reflect geographic information near the point of earth wire and position in line,it’s needed to develop a set of earth wire information processing system which can reflect information intuitively.By using this system,dispatchers manage earth wire information visible and guarantee power transmission safety.In order to realize earth wire information visible management,query and power transmission latching,this paper designed the contact line maintenance operation safety locking system based on earth wire information.The system construction of geographic information system by using GIS software component MapX,and collect and entry geospatial data involved in the monitoring process according to the actual geographic information.If serial port receives earth wire’s position information,this system will operate layer set of Map object in section positioning module and the GPS positioning module according to the different types of information,and compile data attribute again.In this way,earth wire information will be visible.In light of characteristics of data object,this system equipped with history query mode which can match visual information.When monitoring personnel double-click history data,system will match corresponding GPS positioning information,earth wire working condition,operating section,construction site image,and display to the main interface.In addition,when stop transmission locking module in the system receive a transmission of commands to a section,it will count working state of all earth wires in this section,and check whether all earth wires have been removed in the section.If there are any earth wires still in the line,this system will alarm.This system,which combines user needs with easy to expand and maintain principle,follow development method of object-oriented:Combining Microsoft Visual C++with MapInfo MapX 5.0 to achieve visual manage and query earth wire information.With Microsoft Office Access 2003 as the system database,searching and gathering historical monitoring data accomplish stop transmission latching.In the light of serial data type and potential risk of data distortion in monitoring process,this system contains information handling process corresponding serial data and a set of exception handing mechanism which is able to throw distortion data.In order to enhance system’s practicability and friendly interface,the whole system is also provided with functions of indentify confirmation,resurfacing,help etc.Contact line maintenance operation safety latching system based on earth wire information realizes earth wire information visible and query historical information visually.That makes monitoring personnel can master geographic environment of earth wire in detail,and improve statistical efficiency of earth wire.At the same time,this system provides a reliable guarantee for stop transmission security.
