Limited by geographical environment and economic conditions,western China,southwest China and other remote areas there is still a stand-alone small local power grid,the small grid power grid structure is weak,small capacity,unstable operation,almost no ability to resist risks,these small local power grid with large regional power grid network step by step is the inevitable trend of China’s economic and social development,but also is the ultimate direction of power grid construction and development.But this kind of local small power grid are far away from the main network frame,connected to the initial single line,long distance and weak at the end of the model for the operation of the power grid has brought great risks,not immediately reflect the advantage of network operation.To ensure that such a little after connected grid security,stability and efficient operation,prevent accidents related to the stability of the damage and blackouts,need intensive security and stability control research work in advance,control of power grid security and stability of feature,and formulate reasonable security and stability control measures.Taking Xia Xi local small grid,and local small grid,Namu as the main research object,studies the local small grid and regional power grid under 330 k V network security and stability control measures.After analyzes the networking Xia Xi,steady state and transient characteristics of Namu power grid.After isolated net ability analysis,the isolated net running mode,the most prominent problem is that the frequency instability,to guarantee the stability of small net after failure,therefore,should be equipped with safety control measures to solve the problem of frequency stability.This article respectively to the networking operation after the local area under the way of small grid,winter small and summer security and stability and three lines of defence measures are studied respectively.On this basis,analyzed the principle of safety control measures,Xia Xi,Namu grid safe and stable operation and safety control measure s configuration were given. |
