Scroll compressor is a new kind of energy-efficient compressors.People study it more deeply,and apply it more widely.However,due to the unique structure and working style of the scroll compressor,the accurate analysis of the internal characteristics of compressed working fluid and parts are very difficult in the working process of the scroll compressor.This is not conducive to the production and practical application of the scroll compressors.(1)In view of this situation,the meshing theory for scroll profiles is introduced,and the basic criteria of meshing is illustrated.The scroll profile based on the geometry of the circle involute is discussed.The analytical method is used to calculate the area change of scroll wrap.The change volume of the working chambers with respect to the shaft angle are gotten by integral method.Finally,three-dimensional modelling of scroll compressor had been designed with all the parts of scroll compressor assembled together by using SolidWorks software.(2)A mathematical modelling based on energy and mass balance is established.Temperature,pressure,and mass of working chamber are investigated by solving the mathematical model.The change of temperature,pressure and mass with the main shaft of orbiting angle is obtained.The relation between the geometric parameters and performance has been revealed through quantitative analysis on mathematical modelling of the scroll compressor.(3)The FEM analysis based on 3D thermal and structural loading simulations as well as physical constraint are performed on scroll compressor.Deformation and stress of the scroll are analyzed,as well as the phenomena of static and dynamics of scroll compressor is investigated.For the scroll,both actual and simplified working load conditions are considered.The thermal load conditions are used to get the temperature distribution of the orbiting and fixed scroll.The results show that the temperature distribution of the scrolls is more in line with the actual situation with this method.The thermal and structural boundary conditions are applied to get the stress and deformation of fixed and orbiting scroll.The result showed that the fixed and orbiting scroll should be stiff to avoid the two scrolls interfere with each other,as well as the resonance of shape model which the compressor speed should not stay in order to avoid the resonance.
