| In recent years,the number of motor vehicles in China is growing rapidly at an unprecedented speed.With the continuous increase of motor vehicles and garages,garage fires occur frequently,and the fire safety of garages is attracting more and more attention.As the protective umbrella of garage fire safety,fire extinguishing facilities play an important role in the initial fire fighting.The effective extinguishing of a fire is directly dependent on the effective role of fire extinguishing facilities.Therefore,the study on fire extinguishing facilities is particularly important.Based on typical fire cases of garage and garage fire experimental study based on the analysis of fire risk and characteristics of the underground garage are summarized,and according to the characteristics of garage fire together with the present situation of the specification and analysis of the existing garage fire extinguishing facilities,found that represented by the automatic sprinkler system of automatic fire extinguishing facilities used in garage fire low efficiency and high cost a lot of defects.In order to avoid such defects,a new type of fire extinguishing facility with low cost and high efficiency,which is suitable for the garage,is designed and realized to ensure the fire safety of the underground garage in a more reasonable way.First of all,the design concept of the new fire extinguishing facilities is discussed,and the basic principles of the design are discussed.The advantages of AGV parking robot as the carrier of fire fighting facilities and the direction of its energy need are analyzed.The fire extinguishing mechanism and application range of various fire extinguishing agents were compared and analyzed.Based on the alarm linkage control system,the working principle of the new fire extinguishing equipment system is explained.Secondly analyses the existing ultrafine powder extinguishing equipment technical characteristics,on the basis of the design of new fire extinguishing installation,introduces the device,according to the corresponding technical standards to determine the device type and main performance parameters,the action principle and function of components in detail,and the fire extinguishing agent dosage,pipeline and storage tank under the garage fire model to calculate.Finally to underground garage engineering examples respectively represented by flowing system of the traditional fire extinguishing facilities configuration scheme and type as the ZFGP70 AC new fire-fighting facilities allocation scheme,and the two kinds of schemes were analyzed,the results show that the new fire extinguishing facilities significantly reduces the design,construction and maintenance costs,improve the efficiency of fire extinguishing and degree of automation,can effective fire extinguishing of underground garage task.With the development of parking technology,new fire extinguishing facilities will have a wider market demand and application prospects,and have important significance for preventing and controlling underground garage fire. |
