There are many researches and applications on the recovery and utilization of condensing heat in household air conditioning.It is agreed that the use of condensing heat in air conditioning to produce domestic hot water can bring great economic,environmental and social benefits.Nowadays,the condensing heat recovery technology used in air conditioning is generally multi-heat exchanger system,which is relatively complex in structure and expensive in price.Therefore,this paper presents a new finned bushi ng condensing heat recovery heat exchanger for air cooling and condensing heat recovery.in this paper,through ANSYS FLUENT software for heat exchanger in heat recovery condition of the pipe inner temperature field was analyzed,and the results show that the heat exchanger tube of fluid temperature changes with the temperature change of the refrigerant in the laminated tube,fluid in the tube and tube heat exchanger tube structure will not abate air cooling effect of laminated tube refrigerants.It is considered that the heat exchanger has high feasibility.In this paper,the energy conservation of heat exchanger under the condition of total heat recovery and partial heat recovery is theoretically analyzed by combining with relevant empirical formulae.In the case of full heat recovery,the refrigerant outlet decreases gradually with the water speed.Under the two heat recovery conditions,the heat exchanger can produce domestic hot water above 80℃.Therefore,the heat recovery heat exchanger has high practical value. |
