| The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategic idea of building a "beautiful countryside",which is of great significance to realize the "two centenary" grand blueprint.As an important part of the construction of "beautiful countryside",rural landscape construction not only promotes the development of tourism,improves people’s income and economic benefits,but also makes great contribution to the promotion of local culture.With the rapid development of rural economy,rural tourism is in full swing,but it also brings related problems.For example,in the process of transformation of some rural parks,due to the lack of scientific theoretical guidance,they only blindly improve the economy,and the development of business leads to the loss of the landscape features and cultural spirit.As a concept of landscape evaluation theory,AVC theory was put forward by Liu binyi in 2002,which mainly lies in the research of tourist scenic spots;AVC theory was first applied in the field of rural landscape design by Chen Wei;AVC theory in the field of rural landscape is the basic research of "three forces" of rural landscape planning,namely,society,economy and environment,to solve the rural production by improving "three forces",life,ecology and other issues.Although the theory of AVC has not been improved,it has been verified in the practice of rural landscape cases,which can make up for the deficiency of the theory in the field of rural landscape in China to a certain extent.The chapter discusses the relationship between the attraction,vitality and bearing capacity of Jiancun Park and AVC theory,improves the internal structure analysis of attraction,vitality and bearing capacity,constructs the landscape AVC evaluation system of Jiancun Park,and then puts forward the AVC organization method of Jiancun park.The fourth chapter combines the theory with the actual project to design and transform the landscape space of Jiancun Park and display the renderings;finally,through the combination of theory and practice,enrich the research of AVC theory system,and provide theoretical reference for the construction of such ruralcomprehensive landscape design project in the period of beautiful countryside. |
