After more than ten years of development,Internet e-commerce and the accompanying express delivery industry have become increasingly prosperous in China.It has become an indispensable part of people’s daily life,affecting and changing people’s lifestyles.The surge has provided a certain degree of protection for the basic needs of our people’s livelihood.With the ever-growing business volume and the increasing demands on the timeliness of express delivery services,the fast-growing express delivery industry is facing great pressure and challenges,exposing a series of problems lagging behind the development of e-commerce.It is common for express delivery companies to allocate vehicle routes based only on subjective experience,which prevents the limited resources from being fully utilized and affects the quality of service to customers.In view of the above background,this paper took the express terminal distribution network as the main body of research,based on the analysis and research of the terminal delivery model,comprehensively considered the direct input cost and indirect risk cost of the enterprise to establish the model,selected genetic algorithm for design and solution,and verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the model and algorithm through actual cases,so as to provide the service route planning reference for the enterprise.The research specifically carried out by the article includes the following aspects:(1)Based on the domestic and foreign literature research,the paper focused on the research of express terminal distribution mode,distribution loading and vehicle routing problem with time window,and determined the research direction of this paper by referring to the previous research experience and combining the research background.(2)This paper introduced and analyzed the relevant content of express terminal distribution in China,including the factors,current situation and common distribution mode characteristics of express terminal distribution;expounded the classification and model of knapsack problems related to vehicle distribution,as well as the routing problems and common solutions based on different research directions,which laid a theoretical foundation for the following paper.(3)The optimization model of express terminal distribution service route was constructed,which took into account both direct operating cost and indirect risk cost.The direct operating cost includes the fixed depreciation cost,labor cost and transportation cost.The indirect risk cost is the transformation of service quality,which is measured by the time of completing distribution service.The innovation of this paper is that the service time is not a fixed value,but a random variable with a certain distribution law,which fully considered the possible time risk in the distribution process.Subsequently,I introduced the algorithm of solving the model and carried out theoretical design.(4)Selected an enterprise’s terminal distribution network in Beijing for empirical analysis,collected the relevant actual data,analyzed the distribution law of service time,determined the model and algorithm parameters,used MATLAB tools to compile and run the genetic algorithm,solved and got the service route results of the express terminal network,and studied the change of service route and cost results by adjusting the weight coefficient of the objective function,the same time compared with the distribution cost before optimization,it can provide a reference for the selection of distribution service routes.There are 13 pictures,13 tables and 67 references.
