Research On Financial Crisis Warning Of Yongtai Energy Company Under The Concept Of Green Development

At the third Plenary session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,Comrade Xi Jinping put forward the "five development concepts" of innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing,and regarded green development as an important factor affecting the development direction of our country in the future.Therefore,the existence and development of coal enterprises,which are more polluted,must be affected,which deserves our attention.Yongtai energy as the only listed private enterprises in the country,its "private enterprise mechanism,state-owned enterprise management" advantages are obvious,but was recently twice issued delisting warning,financial crisis.This paper takes Yongtai Energy as an example to analyze the present situation,performance and causes of its financial crisis,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.It enriches the theory of financial crisis management in theory,and can guide the enterprises in the same industry to adapt to the change of environment in practice,and take measures in time to avoid the financial crisis.This paper takes the green development idea as the background,summarizes the domestic and foreign financial crisis early warning related research and some related theories,from the green development idea "efficiency,harmony,sustainability" as the core development goal,takes the Yongtai energy company as the case object to carry on the research.Through the research of financial data in recent years since the18 th National Congress put forward the concept of green development,and then in the process of financial early warning analysis,the Z scoring model Concretely include: first,based on the three indexes of Du Pont analysis,Finally,it explores the influence of external and enterprise’s own two levels to Yongtai Energy’s financial "efficiency "," harmony" and "persistence ",.Yongtai energy company’s financial crisis is manifested as: low financial efficiency,lack of harmony in financial relations,lack of financial sustainability;under the concept of green development,so as to find out the countermeasures to propose "efficiency ",promote " harmony ",ensure "sustainability ",so that the development of enterprises can adapt to the current trend.
