| In recent years,the state has promulgated intensive policies to promote the development of assembly buildings,and the overall development trend has been formed.However,the traditional design method hinders the development of high-rise steel structure residential with special-shaped column composed of concrete-filled square steel tubes(SCFST column),which makes the advantages of SCFST column system difficult to be fully utilized,thus affecting its popularization and application.Therefore,it is very important to put forward an efficient and reliable assembly structure system suitable for traditional households.this paper proposes a SCFST column framecombined shear wall structure system suitable for high-rise residential buildings.The static elastic analysis,dynamic elastoplastic analysis and additional viscous damping of the system are carried out in combination with engineering practice.Research on seismic performance of shock absorbing structure has certain reference value for the design of combined special-shaped column system.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Summarize three main types of high-rise residential units of different classifications,analyze and summarize the spatial combination of units,and get the relationship between structural type and residential plane type,and the relationship between structural system and residential traffic system.The influencing factors of apartment space in high-rise residential buildings are analyzed.Suggestions are put forward for the design of apartment layout from the point of view of the design of assembled composite special-shaped column system.(2)Through parametric analysis of 60 models by finite element software,the mechanical properties of high-rise residential units under different SCFST column systems,stories and seismic intensity are compared.The results show that in the case of frequent earthquakes,point-type residential units are highly sensitive to stories change under SCFST column frame-support system,which is not applicable under High-rise point-type residential units.Point-type apartments are also sensitive to seismic fortification intensity changes.The small high-rise plate type house is suitable for SCFST column frame-composite shear wall system,and the point type house is composite shear wall system.Under the SCFST column frame-composite shear wall system,the performance of the point type is better than that of the plate type.It provides a certain reference for the design of steel structure residence in the future.(3)Based on the application of SCFST column frame-composite shear wall structure in the practical engineering of plate type apartment,the actual structure model is established by using finite element software.The system is analyzed by wind load analysis,frequent Earthquake Analysis and rare earthquake elastoplastic analysis.The failure mechanism of the system under rare earthquake,the damage of structural components and the effect of plastic strain are obtained,and the displacement and stress are compared.The location where displacement and stress occur is judged,and the seismic performance of the new system and the layout principle of lateral force components are analyzed and summarized,which provides an important theoretical basis for subsequent practical projects.(4)The energy dissipation design of the new system is carried out,and the layout principle of viscous dampers is obtained by optimizing the layout of dampers in the household.The influence of viscous dampers on structures under rare earthquakes and frequent earthquakes is studied by combining energy method and time history analysis method.The results show that the seismic response of the structure is obviously reduced and the structural integrity is strengthened,which provides a certain basis for the energy dissipation and seismic reduction design of the new structure system. |
