Equity Incentives Of Listed Companies On Research And Development Investment

Innovation and R&D play an irreplaceable role in the development of an enterprise and even the progress of national science and technology.The Chinese government formulates relevant systems for the economic market to provide assistance and support for enterprises in their independent innovation R&D activities.Based on this background,the research on the influence of the equity incentive and the r&d input,the first half of the article is based on the existing theoretical research scholars,for this article elaborates the theory and the related concepts involved,followed by combined with the practical conditions and the research content,detailed r&d can be divided into several,including:the investment of R&D capital investment,research and development personnel,indices such as output of the patent products.Related theoretical basis,based on the existing literature and case analysis method is adopted to select typical Gree electric appliances as the research object to research on the problem,through the horizontal and vertical research methods,on its own changes before and after the implementation of equity incentive effect and with the same industry development convergence is analyzed by the average level of company,comprehensively studied before and after the equity incentive,influence on R&D investment in Gree electric appliances,and it is concluded that the implementation of equity incentive for enterprise R&D spending will have a positive impact.Proposed in this paper,the implementation of equity incentive plan of the enterprise should pay attention to the choice of incentive object,in the new and high technology industries except for incentive management,more should pay attention to the core R&D staff incentive,second enterprise to independent research and development in the creative activity,should strengthen the own property right protection consciousness,in the research and development to create new products should understand the market demand direction,and the research and development with market to strengthen.
