| Concrete is widely used in house construction, road, bridge and municipal engineering because of its good economy, applicability, mechanics and plasticity.Behind the wide application of concrete, there are some quality accidents at the end of bridge structures due to the insufficient shear bearing capacity.Aiming at these problems, this paper USES acoustic emission nondestructive testing technology as a tool to monitor the damage and damage process of concrete in real time, and establishes a quantitative and visual damage warning system for concrete materials,so as to provide theoretical reference for solving practical engineering problems.Through the axial compression test of ordinary concrete prismatic specimens with different aggregate sizes, this paper discusses the influence of occlusal action on concrete performance from multiple angles by means of stress-strain curve analysis, acoustic emission wave velocity analysis, energy parameter analysis and spatial positioning analysis.Based on the shear performance test of ordinary reinforced concrete beams under the influence of different shear span ratio and different coarse aggregate particle size, the damage evolution rule of specimens under the influence of different variables was analyzed based on the acoustic emission parameters, mechanical parameters and specimen surface crack records.By analyzing the synergistic effect of ae parameters of concrete specimens, the self-organization of the system is discussed, and the order parametric equation describing the evolution process of the system is established by using the principle of adiabatic elimination. This paper has done the following work for the above research:(1)In view of the prism specimens of acoustic emission information collection of uniaxial compression test, the main work include the analysis along with the aggregate particle size on the mechanical properties of the specimens and the influence of the acoustic emission characteristics, from the parameter evolution characteristics, space positioning results combined the damage of the specimens, comprehensive analysis on the failure process of the specimens, obeys the law of evolution of specimen parameter equation is established.(2)In view of the ordinary reinforced concrete shear beam of the acoustic emission test, the main work include, from the perspectives of acoustic emission parameters of different shear span ratio, aggregate particle size effect on the shear failure characteristics, the main parameters for the two types of analysis, the evolution characteristics of acoustic emission parameter analysis, the main research with the increase of the load level distribution and the law of development of acoustic emission parameter, the second is the basic theory of seismology in the G R formula acoustic emission parameter processing,b value of index in acoustic emission, establishing specimen damage injury early warning system, and combined with the feature of the development of the experimental beam surface crack, find a corresponding relationship with the parameters.(3)Through the analysis of the synergistic effect of acoustic emission parameters, the applicability of the synergistic theory in the field of concrete is discussed, the self-organization phenomenon that the test beam develops from disorder to order state in the process of damage development is explained, and the parameter-order parameters that can describe such ordered state changes are found.By using the principle of adiabatic elimination and eliminating the fast variable, the order parametric equation which can quantitatively describe the development of material damage is established. |
