| With the continuous development of science and technology,people’s living standards are constantly improving.As a consequence,the demand for electricity in daily life has been growing along with people’s well-being.In order to fulfill these demands and improve the transmission efficiency,the measures to be taken are to expand the scale of the power grid and improve the level of transmission voltage.But this followed by a series of security risks which have become the focus of the industry.Arc suppression coil is an important equipment to protect the safety and stable operation of the power grid.The working principle of arc suppression coil is to compensate the capacitance current in the whole power system by providing inductance current.At present,the neutral point grounding mode of distribution network in our country is mostly arc suppression coil grounding.The complete set of arc suppression coil devices in many places have been used for many years and are in disrepair.The relevant debugging and fault diagnosis depend too much on the manufacturer.Therefore,based on the full study of the operation principle of the arc suppression coil and the working principle of the controller,this paper explores the inspection device of the arc suppression coil controller.Firstly,this dissertation introduces several grounding methods of neutral point in power system,and analyzes the characteristics of neutral point grounding through arc suppression coil,as well as the introduction of the types of arc suppression coil.The arc suppression coil controller controls the arc suppression coil to complete the compensation of the power grid,which is mainly divided into neutral point leading out,compensation,compensation adjustment,protection,control and data display.Through these parts,the real-time measurement and calculation of the capacitance current are realized,meanwhile,it controls the arc suppression coil to complete the compensation action.Then the theoretical basis of the arc suppression coil controller is described,including the structure of the arc suppression coil controller and the principle of capacitance current measurement,as well as the inspection principle of the arc suppression coil controller and the real-time calibration method of the ground capacitance accuracy.Then the main function,accuracy and operation interface of the test device are required,and the arc suppression coil controller test device is designed from software and hardware.By simulating the source signal and the capacitance to the ground in different distribution networks,it is injected into the arc suppression coil controller to check whether it can adjust the gear according to the relevant requirements and judge whether the compensation device has fault.Hardware design is divided into MCU main control module,AD sampling module,power module,overvoltage protection module,display module,buzzer alarm module,The software design is based on the Keil mdk5 software platform to write the control program.The software design includes the software development environment,the main program design and the automatic generation module of the inspection point.Finally,based on the design of this dissertation,the final products are produced and tested,the feasibility of the test device is verified.With the full study of the operation principle and control principle of the arc suppression coil,the project explores the inspection scheme of the arc suppression coil controller,and develops the first domestic arc suppression coil controller inspection device.Tests have been applied to the performance indexes of the arc suppression device,so as to fill the complete set of arc suppression coil.This device fills in the blank of complete devices in detection,shows positive significance in the performance evaluation and fault diagnosis of the whole system of arc suppression coil. |
