Research On The Influencing Factors Of Driving Behavior Of Commercial Vehicle UBI

UBI is a special vehicle insurance which based on driver’s behavior has developed rapidly in recent years,and more and more scholars have invested in the research of UBI,but most of them focus on the overall analysis of driving behavior of passenger cars or usual vehicles,while the research on driving behavior of individual commercial vehicles is less.In 2019,the sales volume of passenger vehicles decreased by 9.6% year on year,while the commercial vehicles still maintained a stable growth rate.At the moment when the state invests heavily in "new infrastructure",the development prospect of commercial vehicles is obviously better than that of passenger vehicles,so it is necessary to analyze the driving behavior of commercial vehicles separately.This paper studies the influencing factors of the driving behavior of commercial vehicles,which is helpful for insurance companies to develop special vehicle insurance products for commercial vehicles,accurately guide the driving behavior of commercial vehicle drivers,and improve the social traffic safety.First of all,this paper discusses the policy and technical basis of UBI vehicle insurance development.With the deepening of the reform of vehicle insurance rate,insurance companies have more autonomy to develop UBI insurance products to meet the needs of customers.The continuous maturity of Internet of vehicles technology and the use of OBD make it possible to collect driving behavior information of drivers.Secondly,this paper analyzes the factors that affect the probability of commercial vehicle accidents from four aspects: vehicle,human,road and environment.Based on the related driving data of F company’s commuting fleet,this paper uses logistic model to analyze the factors that affect the driving behavior of commercial vehicles.Through the Wald significance test,it verifies the correlation between the selected influencing factors of commercial vehicle driving behavior and driving behavior performance.Finally,this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to get the driving behavior score model of commercial vehicles,and calculates the driving score of F company’s commuting fleet drivers according to the driving behavior score table,which is used to predict the probability of vehicle accident and compare with the actual probability to verify the effectiveness of factor selection.
