| The construction of sinking wells in deep and weak stratums has a high risk of sudden emergence.If the construction control of sinking wells is not in place,it is prone to engineering accidents such as sudden sinking,tilting,and oversinking,which have a greater impact on the surrounding environment.In view of the deep soft soil geological conditions,how to ensure the stability and control of sinking well construction and reduce the impact on the surrounding environment and other technical problems,this article takes Zhenjiang City sponge city construction-Jinshan Lake CSO overflow pollution comprehensive treatment of large diameter pipe jacking project sinking Well construction is the research background,based on the design theory of sinking well structure,with the help of ABAQUS finite element analysis software combined with the monitoring record of sinking well sinking on the construction site,the steady control measures for sinking well construction in deep soft soil layer and the impact of sinking well dynamic sinking on the surrounding environment are carried out.In-depth research,the main work and conclusions are as follows1.First,based on the relevant design manuals and specifications of sinking wells,the structural design and sinking stability of the sinking well of this project are calculated and analyzed.In view of the outstanding problems such as low foundation bearing capacity of the project,self-importance of the sinking structure,and high construction risk of high sinking coefficients,construction of compacted sand piles is proposed to quickly increase the bearing capacity of the foundation.Stability coefficient of sinking.Combined with the actual construction situation and theoretical calculations,it is considered that the design of the ground beam with a large height in the original structural design is too conservative,which is inconvenient for soil borrowing in the well and affects the response speed of the geometric posture correction of the sink well.2.Using the ABAQUS finite element software,a three-dimensional numerical calculation model of the sinkhole structure was established according to the actual stress environment of the project,and the stress characteristics of the sinkhole structure at key construction nodes were analyzed.Research and analysis have found that setting the ground beam has a greater change in the stress distribution of the sinker blade foot structure,but as the sinking depth of the sinkhole increases,the influence of the ground beam on the blade foot structure stress gradually weakens.Similarly,the beam’s effect on suppressing the deformation of the sinking well gradually weakens or even disappears as the sinking depth of the sinking well increases.For the convenience of construction in the field construction,the practice of reducing the original design height of the ground beam by two-fifths does not affect the safety of the structure.The overall structure is still safe and reliable,and the site construction plan is feasible.3.Through the establishment of a three-dimensional numerical calculation model of the correlation between the sinking well and the surrounding environment,the impact of the dynamic sinking construction process of the sinking well on the surrounding environment is simulated.The calculation and analysis found that the sinking construction of the sinking well will cause the settlement deformation of the inverted triangle on the surface,and the deformation impact range is about 1.7 times the sinking depth H.Comparative analysis found that the contact relationship between the outer wall of the sinking well and the surrounding soil body is set by weighted average,which not only has higher calculation accuracy but also can improve the calculation rate of the model.The construction partition curtain can effectively reduce the impact of sinking sinking on the surrounding environment.The length of the partition curtain can be determined according to the sinking depth of sinking well and the stress relaxation range of the soil outside the well that may be caused by borrowing from the well.During the sinking process,the value of the friction coefficient of the contact surface between the outer wall of the sinking well and the soil has a great influence on the amount of ground settlement deformation.In the calculation process,the friction coefficient of the contact surface between the shaft wall and the surrounding soil is appropriately adjusted according to the construction quality,which can improve the calculation Results accuracy.4.Finally,taking the actual construction process of the project as the axis,the main technical measures and construction methods adopted by the project to ensure stable and controllable sinkhole structure construction and reduce the impact on the surrounding environment are introduced. |
