Application Research Of Lacquerware Design In New Chinese Style Interior:Based On Semiotic Theory

Chinese lacquerware has more than 7000 years history.As early as the Hemudu period,wooden bowls decorated with colored lacquers appeared.Lacquerware is not only a utility,but its unique color expression and decorative pattern are also the carrier of human civilization.Lacquerware occupies an important position in the history of Chinese arts and crafts.It is known as "China’s Three Treasures" with cloisonne and porcelain.Recent years,China has advocate cultural self-confidence,encourage the inheritance and development of excellent traditional culture.It trigger thought of "retro" and "innovation" in the design community.How to integrate lacquerware into modern life and make it fully used in interior design is the research focus of this article.This article takes the semiotic characteristics of Chinese lacquerware as the main line of research,and from the perspective of the formal language of lacquerware,it focuses on mining the symbolic information contained in Chinese lacquerware.In the second chapter,the author systematically sorts out the history of lacquerware,and analyzes the humanistic ideas contained in Chinese lacquerware.Then use image analysis method to compare the Chinese patterns in the same period to dig out their symbolic meaning.By analyzing the craftsmanship and aesthetic characteristics of Chinese lacquerware,the cultural symbols contained in Chinese lacquerware are interpreted,which provides a powerful reference for modern lacquerware creation.The application of lacquerware in the new Chinese home space is another focus of this article.The article expounds the definition and design characteristics of the new Chinese style home furnishings.The questionnaire survey is used to investigate the status of lacquerware in home furnishings.Based on the results of the questionnaire survey,the author analyzed the problems faced by lacquerware in the application and promotion and proposed solutions.It is determined that the design should be based on the principles of actual space environment and locality,the design should follow the principle of unity of aesthetics and applicability,and the design should be the principle of organic projection of cutting-edge trends in practical applications.Application of Chinese home space for design practice.Create lacquerware art works that meet the current aesthetic trends and design characteristics,and provide practical samples for the application of lacquerware in modern home design.
