Balance valves are widely used in hydraulic balance circuits.They have been developed into integrated control elements that prevent shocks,control loads,lock loads,and other functions.The lifting,positioning and falling of the control load,its performance directly affects the performance of the whole machine.Therefore,the improvement and research of the structure and performance of the balance valve are of great significance to the development of the balance valve.Problems such as excessively high control pressure,poor correlation between back pressure and load,low-frequency vibration,low working stability,and severe system power loss are common problems in the balance valves currently in use.In response to these defects,a hydraulic balancing valve that automatically adapts to load changes and flow changes is proposed(The valve has obtained an invention patent,patent number: ZL201810803960.X).The thesis discusses the working principle and structural characteristics of the new principle balance valve in detail,and designs and calculates its key components.The thesis designs and calculates the setting of the small hole on the spool of the throttle valve according to the specification of the rated flow of40 L/min.Through the use of double springs in series,the adjustment and control performance of the valve is improved.The thesis also analyzes and calculates the static characteristics of the new balance valve.The new principle balance valve flow rate is in the range of 20 ~ 60 L/min.When the load pressure is from 0 to 32 MPa,the control pressure of the balance valve is a small constant value.Achieve the purpose of balancing with the load within a wide range of changes in flow and load.The thesis also analyzes and calculates the dynamic characteristics of the new balance valve.Through the establishment of a mathematical model,MATLAB / Simulink software is used to simulate the new principle balance valve.The results show that the new principle balance valve has a faster dynamic response and can meet the requirements of the hydraulic balance valve in the project.Because the control pressure is greatly reduced,the energy-saving effect of the system using the balance valve is very significant,which broadens its scope of use and provides a reference for the design and development of the balance valve.
