With the continuous development of the world economy,people’s living standard is improving day by day.But along with the economic growth,people’s homes are also facing unprecedented challenges.The exploitation of natural resources is serious and the environmental pollution is worsening.In recent years,people all over the world are more and more aware of the importance of the earth’s resources and environment.In the field of automobiles,although traditional automobiles have mature technologies,they are highly dependent on natural resources such as oil and will bring environmental pollution.Therefore,traditional automobiles are not suitable for the development of The Times.Therefore,new energy vehicles came into being.Fuel cell vehicles in new energy vehicles have attracted more and more attention in the automotive industry due to their advantages of clean,pollution-free and less energy consumption,and have become one of the key research and development models in the future.At present,fuel cell vehicles are mostly hybrid fuel cell vehicles with multiple power sources,so a good energy management strategy is of great significance for the driving power and economy of vehicles.In this paper,the fuel cell bus with fuel cell and battery as the power source is selected as the foundation to build the simulation model.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,the development history of fuel cell vehicles is introduced,the selected fuel cell vehicle model is determined based on the current laboratory conditions,and the power system of fuel cell vehicles is selected.Based on the vehicle parameters of a fuel cell bus,the power system and key components of the fuel cell vehicle were selected,and the component parameters were matched reasonably.Secondly,the theoretical concept of dynamic programming algorithm is introduced in detail,the principle and characteristics of model predictive control are summarized,and the model predictive control strategy based on dynamic programming algorithm is applied to the energy management of fuel cell vehicles,which is based on the objective function of hydrogen consumption.A kind of prediction trajectory of state of charge(SOC)constructed by preview method is introduced,which can improve the accuracy of prediction trajectory of battery SOC.Eventually,the objective function of hydrogen consumption,battery SOC and battery decay is established.Finally,MATLAB/Simulink software was used for simulation experiments,and the model predictive control strategy based on dynamic programming was compared with the rule-based strategy.It was concluded that the model predictive control algorithm had lower hydrogen consumption than the rules-based algorithm on the basis of the same battery capacity consumption.
