| In recent years,the self-driving tour industry at home and abroad has developed vigorously,which has greatly contributed to the rise of the travel vehicle industry.The overseas caravan industry originated earlier and the industrial structure is relatively complete.In contrast,the homogenization of domestic enterprise products is serious.However,China has a large population,a large annual output of caravans,and a vast market to be developed.Excellent shape design can often greatly increase the added value of the product.Only designs that meet the aesthetic rules can meet the needs of users,bring benefits to the enterprise,and promote the brand culture.Design geometry uses the rules of proportion and scale to reveal the rules in visual aesthetics.Based on the method and theory of design geometry,this subject takes self-propelled C-type travel vehicle as the research object,in order to highlight the geometric characteristics of the product and optimize the proportion of modeling,the following aspects are studied:First,introduce the related concepts,theories and methods of design geometry.By analyzing the application of design geometry in the classic cases of neighborhoods such as products and planes,and summarizing its application methods,it lays a theoretical foundation for subsequent research.Second,compare and analyze the excellent works of various caravan companies on the market,find the relationship between design geometry and caravan modeling,discover the deficiencies in the existing product design,and explore the future development trend of caravan modeling.Then,combined with the user’s visual perception law,it proposes the innovative design method of design geometry in caravans,summarizes the three constituent forms of self-propelled C caravans,and provides a standardized design basis for subsequent research..At the same time,combined with the product structure,aerodynamics and other constraints,the design constraints are proposed and the design scheme is standardized.Finally,according to the design requirements of Shuxin Motorhome Enterprise,the proposed method is used for design practice.The selection of the final plan is evaluated by expert evaluation method,using three-dimensional software modeling and rendering,and using the design geometry principle tomake detailed verification instructions for the plan.Through research,the effective application method of design geometry in the design of caravans is summarized.At the same time,the feasibility of the application of design geometry in the modeling of caravans is verified. |
