Abstract/Summary:
China is the country with the largest number of diabetics in the world,and diabetic patients are prone to various vascular diseases.Arteriosclerosis testing not only helps to find early arteriosclerosis,but also shows important guiding value for the prognosis of various senile systemic diseases involving vascular disease.Based on the research status of arteriosclerosis detection instruments at home and abroad,this thesis designs a set of simple,sensitive,non-invasive and highly repeatable ankle brachial index(ABI)tests for the detection of arteriosclerosis in complex situations and the future needs of family medical popularization system.First,the main theories and methods involved in the portable ABI detection system were investigated,including the overall design of the portable ABI detection system and the photoelectric volume method for extracting pulse wave information.Based on this,a blood pressure estimation algorithm based on end-to-end neural network was designed.Using Physionet’s Medical Information Mart for Intensive Care(MIMIC)I database,it was verified that the algorithm can meet the medical standards for blood pressure detection.Then,based on the overall design of the system,this paper modularizes the portable ABI detection system.The system collects body sign data through a reflective photoelectric pulse wave sensor,and transmits the collected data to the system’s microcontroller.The microcontroller uses the detection algorithm to process the returned data.The communication module and the host computer are responsible for data transmission and display,respectively Finally,according to the function of each module,the component selection and hardware circuit design were completed.Finally,based on the APP developed by the laboratory,the portable ABI detection system designed by the People’s Liberation Army General Hospital was tested.The results show that the system can support a relatively stable 24-hour continuous measurement,and the overall measurement accuracy of blood pressure and ABI has reached 93.77% and 92.82%,respectively.The results show that the portable ABI detection system has initially achieved its intended purpose in terms of measurement stability and measurement accuracy,and has reliable performance and clinical significance.
