With the rapid development of the national economy and the increasing demand for energy,the transportation capacity of heavy haul railways is also advancing with the times.In the face of the current growing demand for heavy haul railway transportation,more and more attention has been paid to the heavy haul assisted driving technology which can effectively improve the efficiency of train operation,reduce the driving intensity of drivers and reduce the cost of line transportation.The heavy haul train assisted driving system is one of the core subsystems that control the automatic operation of trains,and its internal software code is too large,and the algorithm control logic is extremely complicated.However,in the actual design of the heavyduty train assisted driving system,there are unavoidable defects to varying degrees,so it is particularly important to build a simulation test platform to ensure the quality and functional integrity of the heavy haul train assisted driving software.In order to find out the unreasonable design and related defects in the system in time and ensure the normal operation of the heavy haul train assisted driving system after it goes online.This dissertation designs and builds a semi-physical simulation platform based on the requirements of the heavy haul train assisted driving system.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Combined with the functional characteristics of the heavy haul train assisted driving system,the specific needs analysis of the semi-physical simulation platform and the design of the overall architecture of the platform were performed,and then the semi-physical simulation platform of the heavy haul train assisted driving system was realized at the system level according to the actual needs.At the same time,the data communication transmission process within the semi-physical simulation platform was designed and implemented.Based on this,the accuracy of the communication interface of the internal equipment of the semi-physical simulation platform for the heavy haul train built in this dissertation was further verified.(2)In the development environment of the simulation platform,the software design of the functions related to the generation of the target curve for assisted driving of heavy haul trains was completed.In order to ensure the effectiveness of the system software functions,some of the actual required functions were further verified on the built heavy haul train operation simulation platform,so that the heavy haul train assisted driving system software can run the expected functional effects in the environment closest to the scene.Through rigorous testing of the designed software and system joint tuning of the hardware simulation platform,the semi physical simulation operation of train target curve generation and online optimization adjustment was effectively realized.(3)Based on the analysis of the software characteristics of the heavy haul train assisted driving system software,according to the software testing theory and the characteristics of the on-board safety computer platform,the embedded software test method was applied to the heavy haul train assisted driving system software test.From the perspective of system software architecture,a software test plan for heavy haul train assisted driving system was proposed,combined with cross-testing strategies and reasonable use of the automated software testing tool Parasoft C++ test to comprehensively perform static and dynamic test analysis on the system software,so as to check the potential defects and errors in the system in time before the software design.After a large number of actual tests and running simulation platform verification results,the semi-physical simulation platform designed in this dissertation is highly practical and effective for the functional test of the heavy haul train assisted driving system software,and the proposed software testing method can not only effectively find the defects that do not meet the expected design,but also improve the execution efficiency of the software testing process and ensure the quality of the heavy haul train assisted driving system software.
