| Permanent magnet synchronous motor has been widely used in various manufacturing fields.Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)is a complex motion system.The traditional PI control performance is easily affected by the change of working conditions,which is difficult to meet the stringent requirements of high-end equipment.As an advanced control strategy,predictive control can achieve optimal control under certain constraints.Therefore,in this paper,permanent magnet synchronous motor is taken as the research object,and the predictive strategy is applied to the current control and speed control of PMSM,and the stability and robustness of the control system are improved.Firstly,the mathematical model of PMSM is established,the vector control system and double closed-loop PI regulating parameters are designed,and the PMSM simulation analysis is carried out under the condition of variable operating conditions.Secondly,deadbeat predictive current control(DPCC)is introduced into the current loop to construct the PI + DPCC control structure.Aiming at the problems from motor parameters change,which are caused by long working time and high strength of PMSM,the influence of parameter disturbance on DPCC control performance is compared and analyzed,and the influence of inductance parameter disturbance on control system stability is explored.The deadbeat predictive current control(RPCC)is improved to robust predictive current control(RPCC)by introducing weight factor,and the control effects of PI + RPCC and PI + DPCC are analyzed.In order to realize smooth speed control of PMSM and avoid overshoot and oscillation,the PI control of speed loop is improved to model predictive speed control(MPSC),and the speed current prediction structure of MPSC + DPCC is constructed.In order to reduce the load disturbance resistance of the system when the load changes abruptly,the disturbance rejection of the load will be reduced by adding the observer to the disturbance rejection of the load observer.In order to optimize the overall performance of speed loop and current loop of PMSM drive system,combined with the advantages of speed and current predictive control strategy,and aiming at the problem of motor parameters and load torque disturbance,a robust predictive control scheme of speed and current with load torque observer(LDO + MPSC + RPCC)is proposed and compared with MPSC + DPCC.Finally,based on TMS320F28335 chip,the hardware and software design is completed,and the control strategy proposed in this paper is analyzed and verified. |
