Research On The Protection And Development Strategy Of Historical And Cultural Villages Based On The Development Of Homestay

The protection and development of historical and cultural villages is the core research direction of the survival of rural traditional cultural heritage in China.Through effective protection and utilization,it is our ultimate goal to make them revitalize.Since the new concept of homestay was introduced to China from Europe and America,it has developed rapidly.Historical and cultural villages have dual advantages of historical and cultural resources and natural and ecological resources,It has attracted a large number of residential development activities.On the one hand,the development of homestay has introduced social funds and tourist flows to the historical and cultural villages,providing a large amount of funds and development momentum;on the other hand,the development of homestay has also brought a certain degree of damage to the cultural heritage and natural ecological environment of the historical and cultural villages.If the development is not appropriate,the situation will more seriously threaten the heritage of the traditional culture and the wind of the historical and cultural villages Protection of appearance pattern.Starting from the practical problems of Guanyin village,this paper discusses the dialectical relationship between the protection and development of historical and cultural villages and the development of the homestay.Combined with the tourism resources endowment of Guanyin village itself,this paper discusses a method to balance the protection and development of historical and cultural villages,so as to realize the ultimate goal of the sustainable existence of historical and cultural villages under the conditions of the development of the homestay.This paper takes Guanyin village in Chongqing as the research object.Firstly,it analyzes the background of the times,puts forward the research purpose and significance,determines the research scope and content,and selects the research methods and framework.Then,the paper makes a literature review of the development of historical and cultural villages and houses at home and abroad,and discusses the dialectical relationship between the development of houses and the protection of historical and cultural villages by referring to the practical experience of the development of historical and cultural villages and houses,so as to provide a reference for the development and development strategies of houses in the protection planning.Secondly,by reflecting on the deficiencies between the protection and development of historical and cultural villages,this paper analyzes the positive role of the development of homestay in the protection and development of historical and cultural villages,and puts forward the protection and development strategies of historical and cultural villages from the perspective of the development of homestay in combination with the domestic and foreign research frontiers.Then,the paper studies the background of the development of the current homestay in China,explains the historical and cultural characteristics and natural environment characteristics of Guanyin village in detail,and draws the conclusion that the development of the homestay in Guanyin village can be implemented.Then it summarizes the current situation of the protection and development of Guanyin village.According to the protection and development strategy of Guanyin village from the perspective of the development of the homestay,on the premise of overall protection of core resources and rational utilization of tourism resources,it puts forward the measures of the development of the homestay in Guanyin village from the perspective of macro,meso and micro.Finally,it analyzes the innovation and conclusion of the paper,and reflects on the shortcomings of the research.
