With the rapid development of economy,overhead transmission lines are becoming more and more intensive.It is common for new overhead transmission lines to "drill" or "cross" other transmission lines.In order to reasonably plan the land and save the construction cost,it is required that the new transmission line can "drill" and "span" other overhead lines within two adjacent spans of a tower.Therefore,a kind of drilling span integrated tower is needed to realize this function.Through this kind of integrated pole and tower,the overhead transmission line can be lowered from a higher height to a lower height.However,there are special structures and connection forms of the pole and Tower: the height of the transmission line from the ground within the span on both sides of the pole and tower is not equal,and there are nearly parallel vertical conductors with the tower body.Whether these special structures will affect the anti strike and lightning performance of the pole and tower needs to be further studied.Among the transmission lines in China,110 k V transmission lines are more common,and lightning disasters occur most frequently.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the anti strike and shielding lightning performance of 110 k V drilling and spanning tower.At present,scholars in China and abroad have carried out a detailed study on the lightning resistance performance of conventional transmission line towers,but there is no study on the lightning resistance performance of 110 k V drilling and spanning tower.In this paper,the 110 k V drilling and spanning tower which has completed the preliminary design is taken as the research object,and the theoretical analysis and calculation are carried out for its anti strike and shielding lightning performance respectively.Finally,according to the calculation results,the anti strike and shielding measures for the 110 k V drilling and spanning tower are proposed respectively.First of all,in order to study whether the particularity of the drill span integrated tower structure will lead to the difference between its counterattack characteristics and the conventional tower,this paper firstly carries out theoretical research on the counterattack process of the drill span integrated tower and the conventional tower,and qualitatively obtains the difference between the two kinds of towers;further,based on the results of qualitative analysis,the insulator of the 110 k V drilling and spanning tower and the 110 k V conventional tower is calculated Finally,based on the difference between the two kinds of tower calculation results,using atp-emtp simulation software to establish the counterattack model of 110 k Vdrilling and spanning tower,calculate the counterattack lightning withstand level of the tower and evaluate it.Further,in order to study whether there is difference between the wound characteristics of the drill span integrated tower and the conventional tower,firstly,based on the idea of electrical geometry model,the theoretical analysis of the wound lightning characteristics of the 110 k V drilling and spanning tower is carried out,and compared with the conventional line;based on the theoretical analysis of the wound characteristics,it is found that the wound characteristics of the different areas of the 110 k V drilling and spanning tower line are different,so the 110 k V drilling and spanning tower line is divided into drilling and crossing area,crossing area and tower area,and the winding failure rate of each area is calculated respectively;finally,the winding failure rate of each area is unified into the winding failure trip rate of the whole 110 k V drilling and spanning tower line through calculation,and the calculation results are evaluated and analyzed.Finally,according to the above calculation and evaluation results of the anti strike and shielding lightning performance,the improvement effects of various anti strike measures and anti shielding measures on the anti strike and shielding lightning performance of 110 k V drill span integrated tower are studied.The results show that increasing the number of insulator pieces and installing lateral lightning protection can improve the lightning resistance of tower.Therefore,the above two measures are selected as the counter attack and around attack prevention measures of 110 k V drilling and spanning tower.
