Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,with the development of the global economy,people’s quality of life has gradually improved,and the requirements for comfort are becoming higher and higher.The demand for the application of refrigeration equipment in the household,commercial and industrial fields has also increased,and household air conditioners have also entered every house.But at the same time,the heavy use of CFCs and HCFCs refrigerants has caused severe greenhouse effect and ozone layer destruction and other bad consequences.Mass production of air conditioners has also led to the consumption of a large amount of metal materials,especially the supply of copper has become increasingly tight,increasing the production cost of air conditioners.This paper conducts performance experiments on air conditioners through experiments,and attempts to develop R32 split-type room air conditioners that use throttle tubes.This article first compares the thermophysical properties of R32 and R410 A,and calculates the theoretical advantages and disadvantages of the two as refrigerants by calculating the theoretical refrigeration cycle.Then carry out the test through the enthalpy difference chamber,adjust the model of the throttling short tube and the charging amount of R32,until the performance of the air conditioner with the relevant model and parameters meets the corresponding requirements.The final debugging result is that the throttling short tube chooses No.30,the R32 charging volume is 570 g,the measured cooling capacity is 3562 W,the ISER value is 3.76,all meet the requirements,and the air conditioner has passed the high temperature refrigeration,freezing test,etc.Experiments verify that it can run normally.Finally,compared with the solenoid valve air conditioning system,the use of throttle spools in air conditioners that are not very energy efficient is not only completely feasible and reliable,but also reduces production costs.This article provides an idea for the debugging process of the air-conditioning system and for the future performance debugging.
