Abstract/Summary:
Urban village is a special product in the process of urbanization in China. It is an important part of urban construction and contains multiple values in the process of urban evolution. At present, many cities and regions in our country do not have a comprehensive understanding of urban village. They emphasize the negative role of urban village, regard it as an obstacle to urban construction or even a "Scar" of the city, and take the way of cleaning up and pushing down the reconstruction. However,in the multi-dimensional perspective of society, culture, ecology and economy, urban village is an indispensable existence of the city, with the irreplaceable value of other urban built-up areas.Based on this, this paper changes the one-sided negative understanding of urban village, puts urban village into the city system, and takes the mining of its multi-dimensional positive value as the breakthrough point, and uses the holistic thinking to understand urban village.First of all, this paper analyzes the value of urban village from four dimensions of society, culture, ecology and economy. From the perspective of social value, urban village bears a lot of social burden for the city, improves the city’s inclusiveness, and provides a continuous stream of vitality;from the perspective of cultural value, urban village is the main carrier of regional culture, the field of multi-cultural interaction, and the embodiment of the city’s features and features;from the perspective of ecological value, urban village guards the ecological space for the city and guarantees the city The city’s environmental quality is an organic component of the city’s ecosystem. From the perspective of economic value, urban village bears the indispensable informal economy or so-called low-end function in the city’s operation, saves the city’s operation cost, and stimulates the potential of innovation and entrepreneurship.Secondly, this paper analyzes the social, cultural, ecological and economic value of Qinzhou City with 116 villages in the city as the empirical research object.Among them, social value is developed from three aspects of social structure, social relationship and social order, cultural value from three aspects of life style, spiritual thought and cultural symbols, ecological value from three aspects of living environment, natural landscape and human landscape, and economic value analyzes its informal economic space and policy system. On this basis, this paper proposes a classification method of urban villages based on value characteristics, which divides 116 urban villages into social capital type, cultural activation type, ecological management and control type and land development type, and selects a typical village from each of the four types of urban villages to sort out and analyze its value, and at the same time carries out appropriate quantitative evaluation: using software UCINET to carry out urban village social network Network analysis, the introduction of "urban space cultural value measurement" method for the evaluation of urban village space cultural value, respectively, the construction of urban village ecological value evaluation system and economic value evaluation system for ecological and economic value evaluation. Finally, based on how to retain and utilize the original value of urban village to the maximum extent, this paper puts forward four dimensional guidance strategies combined with four typical villages in the city. This study believes that the renewal of village in city must be multi-dimensional integration, and the various influencing factors of village in city are also overall related, symbiotic and mutually prosperous. Therefore, the renewal guidance of village in city is not a single dimensional method choice, but a multidimensional guidance strategy construction.
