Abstract/Summary:
The 100% renewable energy system meets the needs of users for heating,cooling and electricity by fully utilizing renewable energy.As a clean energy supply system,it can alleviate the current energy shortage and environmental pollution problems.In recent years,it has become the energy planning and development direction of governments worldwide.However,the research on 100% renewable energy systems is far from sufficient.The optimal configuration of the system is affected by local geological and meteorological conditions.This paper aims to investigate the design and performance of the 100% renewable energy system by selecting seven typical areas according to the distribution characteristics of renewable energy and climates.The system takes bio-natural gas as a stable energy and supplements with wind and solar energy.The factors that affect the optimal design and performance of the system are concerned.This study would provide help for the optimal design of the regional 100% renewable energy system in China.The main work is as follows.Firstly,seven typical cities are selected according to different natural resource areas and different building climate areas.The electric load,cooling load,and heating load(including hot water),etc.are calculated for a certain community.Then,models of the main components of the 100% renewable energy systems are built.By taking the economic performance as the objective,the optimal design of the 100% renewable energy system is obtained.The design performance of the 100% renewable energy system is analyzed and compared in different regions.Finally,the design and operation of the 100% renewable energy system is analyzed under different prices of solar energy and bio-gas based on sensitivity analysis.After analysis and discussion of the results,the main conclusions of this article are as follows:(1)under the current technical and economic conditions,the 100% renewable energy systems in different regions of China rely heavily on the biomass and solar energy.The biomass and solar energy can account for up to 89% and 74% of the annual energy supply respectively.However,the wind energy resources can only contribute to 4% of the annual energy supply.(2)Considering the price of PV/T decreasing,the energy supplied by PV/T gradually increases and accounts for up to 80%.When the PV/T price is lower than a certain value,the PV/ T area is no longer increased due to the limited roof area.(3)Considering the price of bio-natural gas reducing,the energy supplied by internal combustion engine rises and accounts for up to 100%.
